With 25 years of experience in the boating industry and in-depth knowledge of the company, he is ready to lead Frydenbø Marine into a new phase—with clear ambitions for international growth. He will assume the position on September 1st. 2026.

Fjord Defence Group aquires Frydenbø Milpro

PRESS RELEASE BERGEN 8 JUNE 2026 At a time of significant build-up in European defence, Fjord Defence Group has entered into an agreement to acquire all shares in Frydenbø Milpro AS from Frydenbø Marine AS. The transaction was announced through a stock exchange announcement by Fjord Defence Group after market close on May, 20th and was formally completed on June, 5th.
