NIO are well on their way towards building a complete Norwegian eco-system which includes infrastructure for charging, battery swaps, premium services, digital experiences, lifetime offers and a user community based on electric cars.

- Another exciting cooperation for Frydenbø Bil! We will manage the trust we have been given to the best of our knowledge, says Arne Kjetil Møkster, CEO of Frydenbø Bil

Extensive services through new service partners

The service centres will offer NIO's users several extensive services. This includes a mobile service that travels remotely to the customers to perform certain repairs and maintenance as well as a pick-up service where the vehicle can be picked up and later returned to the user. In addition, there will be a possibility to set up appointments through the NIO app with short waiting time for appointments, maintenance and repairs. Body and paint services, tyre hotels and rental cars are also part of the total offer.

Frydenbø Bil will be NIO's authorised service partner in Bergen and Kristiansand, while Kverneland Bil will cover Stavanger and Nardo Bil will cover Trondheim. NIO has their own service- and delivery centre at Ensjø in Oslo.

NIO's goal is to be the best at user experiences and service in Norway. Therefore, we have entered into cooperation agreements with three companies that are well known in their regions for high user satisfaction. I have collaborated with all of them before and know very well what they stand for in terms of values, attitudes and quality, says Marius Hayler, head of NIO in Norway.
